The U Deliver Bolink ENFit Enteral Feeding Sets are designed for delivering liquid nutritional formulas or water to a patient’s enteral access device (feeding tube).
The Bolink Small Cap allows for a direct connection from store-bought puree pouches to the feeding tube or extension set, with the exception of Gerber Smart Flow pouches.

- Rinse with tap water between uses and replace daily with a new device.
- For optimal results, use with a Bolus extension set with straight connector.
The Bolink small cap gravity feeding set includes tubing with a clamp, a small cap with cross spike, an ENFit connector, and a protective cap. It is intended to connect compatible commercially available collapsible food containers with 8 mm diameter connectors to feeding tubes with ENFit proximal connectors. Free of natural rubber latex, DEHP, and BPA.
Warnings:
- For enteral feeding only.
- Potential for misconnection with connectors of other healthcare applications.
- Small parts pose a choking hazard if misused. Use under adult supervision.
- Not compatible with non-collapsible food containers.
Precautions:
- Discard after 24 hours and replace with a new device.
- For single patient use only.
